Supafo is a mobile application created to help prevent food waste. It offers products left over at the end of the day by businesses, while still preserving their freshness and quality, to users as discounted “Surprise Packages.”

The type and quantity of products vary depending on the businesses’ daily sales. This method helps prevent waste at the highest level while also allowing you to buy quality food at a price far below market value.

After the active packages from businesses near your selected location are listed in the app, you can add the Surprise Package you like to your cart and complete the secure payment step.

Payments are accepted only through the app, online by card. For your security, we do not store your card information and it is never shared with third parties.

After completing the payment, go to the business within the specified pickup time window, show your personal QR code in the app, confirm your order, and collect it.

No. Since Surprise Packages are time-limited special offers intended to prevent waste, cancellation or changes are not possible after purchase.

If you encounter such a situation, please immediately create a Support Request through the app. The Supafo team will review the issue and provide a full refund or an alternative solution.

Businesses guarantee pickup only within the announced pickup time window. If you arrive outside this time range, delivery of your package cannot be guaranteed.

To delete your account, go to 'My Profile' > 'My Account Information' and use the 'Delete My Account' button.
